Arunachal Pradesh has only constituencies which were won by Indian National Congress (INC) and Bharatiya Janata party (BJP) each. Arunachal Pradesh was initially a Union Territory since 1975 and was made a complete state in 1987. Arunachal has 60 assembly and two parliamentary seats. The politics in Arunachal has the national parties as major participants in the elections. Political parties like Indian National Congress (INC), Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), nationalist Congress Party (NCP) etc. are few of the active parties in Arunachal. Presently, Pema Khandu from INC is the Chief Minister of the state. Arunachal which contributes only two seats in the Lok Sabha has been an important state for the political parties. BJP with its mission 272+ focused on Arunachal as even two seats matter to achieve its mission. Congress also hoped for winning the in the state again. The elections for the two states took place on a single phase.

There are 60 constituencies in Arunachal Pradesh, and the election was organized for 57 of them in 2009. CM Dorjee Kahndu, MLA Tsewang Dhondup of Tawang and Jambey Tashi of Lumla were pre declared as elected candidates.

Analysis : The raw data from the field is compiled and a detailed research to correlate various factors will be conducted with respect to past election results. A comprehensive analysis will be carried out and focus areas will be shortlisted to be taken up further. This analysis will divide the booths in four groups, i.e., strong booths, weak booths, threatened booths, and opportune booths. A comparison between the strength of the individual vis a vis strength of the parties will also be done. In addition to the above analysis, the data gathered will be managed in software developed by Leadtech. This will enable the client to view the data collected through a user friendly graphical interface and come up with his own analysis and strategies.

oTo manage the rally and party workers meetings, we can call our party workers with the help of phone numbers collected during survey which would be in database management software called “Voter Information Management System” alias VIMS
