Kejriwal takes charge as Delhi CM, Detailed distribution of portfolios in AAP government.
No Delhi government official will use red beacon and no officer or politician will take unnecessary security," says Kejriwal in first press conference as chief minister. Kejriwal to today meet officials of the power and water departments. He will also meet the Delhi Police chief.
The AAP government has to prove its majority in the legislative assembly on January 3. Kejriwal chairs his first cabinet meeting and distributes portfolios among his six ministers.

Delhi youngest Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal addresses crowd at Ramlila Maidan. In his first address to India he said:
- - Neither we will take bribe nor accept it, chants Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
- - Take bribe and inform us on our number, we will catch the culprit together.
- Can't comment on BJP leader Harshvardhan's party, but I know he is a great person.
- - We are going to join hands to fight for our country against corruption.
- - Delhi is another for another election, we will win
- - We are not here to make money but to leave our mark of clean governance.
- - We are not worried, it;s other parties who need to be scared of us.
- - Certainly a lot of change has taken place in Delhi, be it the Delhi gangrape protests or Anna Hazare's fast for Jan Lokpal Bill.
