- The party also promised a corruption-free government government and implementation of decentralised and transparent administrative to ensure people-oriented government in a fine-tuned manner.
- Dr Ramadoss said the party would draft a separate budget for agriculture and pay attention to the chronic problems faced by the farmers in general.
- The PMK leader said education will be made compulsory across the State for students from all walks of life at free of cost.
- The party also stressed in the manifesto on qualitative and comprehensive healthcare for all the people.

The party would initiate measures for a massive industrial growth in the State by setting-up a single window clearance system to avert bureaucratic bungling and red-tapism in a systematic and orchestrated manner.
Dr Ramadoss said, adding, the PMK would give considerable weightage to infrastructure and would remain transparent to the core.
He said the party would leave no stone unturned to generate employment for not less than one crore people in Tamil Nadu.
Dr Ramadoss also promised to implement the minimum wage structure recommended by Majithia wage board for the welfare of journalists and non-journalists in Fourth Estate.
He said the PMK attaches importance for meritorious candidates and would like to shun aside the casteist tag that has been attached to the party.
For instance, out of 45 candidates in the party's initial list, 20 contestants belonged to non-vanniar castes.
