Madhya Pradesh BJP Declare 1st list of candidate for Civic poll 2014
BJP released its first list of candidates for civic elections on Tuesday. Candidates for three municipal corporations, eight gram panchayats and four mayoral candidates were also announced.
The party announced the name
- Subhash Kothari from Khandwa,
- Anil Bhosle from Burhanpur,
- Subhash Sharma from Dewas
- Dr Sunita Yarde from Ratlam as mayoral candidates.

The name for Indore's mayoral candidate was not announced in the wake of cancellation of election scheduled for November 28 in Indore.
- The party also announced the list of candidates for corporators from Nimar, including Burhanpur, Khandwa and Khargone municipal corporations.
- Around 48 candidates from Burhanpur, home district of state chief of BJP Nandkumar Singh Chauhan, could make it to the first list, besides 28 candidates from Khandwa and three from Khargone.
BJP announced list of candidates for eight gram panchayats of Indore, including Hatod, Gautampura, Depalpur, Betma, Manpur, Mhow rural, Sanwer and Rau.
