About Arani:
The Parliamentary Constituency of Arani is one of the 39 Lok Sabha Constituencies of Tamil Nadu. 1,097,865 is the total electorate count in the Arani Lok Sabha Constituency (constituency number 12). Out of these 552,876 number of electorates are males and the remaining 544,989 are belong to the female category as the Election commission of India 2009 reports suggest. It was created after the implementation of the Presidential Notification of the delimitation of the parliamentary constituencies in 2008.
