Chhttisgarh opinion poll prediction 2013:-
According to the opinion poll, BJP is set to win 47 out of a total 90 seats in Chhatisgarh, with Congress coming close with 40 seats, BSP 2 and others 1.

In the 2008 assembly polls, BJP had won 50 out of 90 seats with Congress taking second place at 38.

BJP's vote share, if polls are held right now, is projected at 42 per cent and Congress 38 per cent, says the opinion poll.
Asked who would be the best candidate for chief minister
BJP's incumbent chief minister Dr Raman Singh scored the highest with 48 per cent, followed by Congress leader Ajit Jogi at 23 per cent. State Congress chief Charan Das Mahant came at 7 per cent.
The survey was conducted in August this year, according to C-Voter analysts.
Asked about who would be the best candidate for Prime Minister,
58 per cent in Chhatisgarh voted for Narendra Modi, followed by 26 pc for Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh came third at 7 per cent.
Madhya pradesh Opinion poll prediction:-
In neighbouring Madhya Pradesh, the BJP has been projected to win 130 seats with Congress coming second at 84 seats, BSP 5 seats and others 11 in a house of 230.

In the 2008 assembly elections, BJP led by chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had won a landslide majority of 143, with Congress becoming the main opposition with 71 seats. BSP had then won 7 seats and others 9.
Vote share wise
BJP this time is expected to secure 40 per cent, and Congress 36 pc, followed by BSP with 8 pc and Others 16 per cent.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan leads with 56 per cent in the poll conducted for the person best suited for the top post in the state. Congress leader Jyotiraditya Scindia comes second with 23 per cent.
In the PM candidate ratings
BJP's Narendra Modi leads with 59 per cent, followed by Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi with 16 pc.
