Ranchi: Even as former Bihar chief minister Lalu Prasad has been sentenced to jail for five years, his party Rashtriya Janata Dal's members have said that he's still their leader.

"Lalu remains the leader. There is a crisis but we are together," said RJD leader Raghuvansh Prasad. The RJD has said that it will approach a higher court. "We will appeal in the higher court. We are confident that we will be able to prove our innocence in the higher court," RJD leader Manoj Jha said.
