Finally, for Manmohan Singh 'Offence is the best form of defence', Congress.
The Prime Minister rarely speaks. Even when he speaks, he speaks less in a feeble voice and his speeches are very boring. They inspire or excite none.
Dr. has proved that even he can get angry. The anger he showed, shocked his own party, not just the opposition. The Opposition was waiting for an opportunity to pounce upon the Prime Minister, whom they consider light weight and at times treat him with contempt.
