Maharashtra Assembly Elections 2019 Details
Elections in Maharashtra, a state in India, are conducted in accordance with the Constitution of India. The Assembly of Maharashtra creates laws regarding the conduct of local body elections unilaterally while any changes by the state legislature to the conduct of state level elections need to be approved by the Parliament of India. In addition, the state legislature may be dismissed by the Parliament according to Article 356 of the Indian Constitution and President's rule may be imposed.

Maharashtra has a rich political tradition. In the 17th century, this was the land of the fearless Marathas, who were considered the chief enemy of the Mughals. Under the undaunted spirit of Shivaji, a true Maratha warrior, a number of wars and political struggles, both against the Mughals, and later the British, took place. The Maratha Empire expanded not only in all of Maharashtra, but in northern India too, especially after the Third Battle of Panipat in 1761, which seriously questioned the Mughal existence in the country. However, the Third Anglo Maratha War, which ended in 1818, led to massive victory of the British and the decline of the Maratha Empire under the Maratha warriors. The British ruled the present region of Maharashtra, along with Gujarat, as a united whole under the name of Bombay Presidency.

Analysis : The raw data from the field is compiled and a detailed research to correlate various factors will be conducted with respect to past election results. A comprehensive analysis will be carried out and focus areas will be shortlisted to be taken up further. This analysis will divide the booths in four groups, i.e., strong booths, weak booths, threatened booths, and opportune booths. A comparison between the strength of the individual vis a vis strength of the parties will also be done. In addition to the above analysis, the data gathered will be managed in software developed by Leadtech. This will enable the client to view the data collected through a user friendly graphical interface and come up with his own analysis and strategies.

oTo manage the rally and party workers meetings, we can call our party workers with the help of phone numbers collected during survey which would be in database management software called “Voter Information Management System” alias VIMS
