J&K polls: Modi assures to solve Kashmiri refugees' issues, asks people to punish NC PDP, Narendra Modi in J&K Campaiging, BJP Campaigning J&K Elections 2014, Jammu Kashmir Elections Modi Campaigning 2014
"I will solve problems of refugees that have been existing for 50 years," the Prime Minister said.
While addressing an election rally in Jammu and Kashmir's Kishtwar district, Modi emphasised on the need for development and employment opportunities in the state.
Modi reiterated his development mantra, "Sabka saath, sabka vikaas." Modi said, "It's time to bring the change, provide young generation a secure future."
Modi also asked people of Jammu and Kashmir to punish National Conference (NC) and Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP) for misusing funds allotted for the state.
"There is massive corruption here. We want a government free from corruption. If you don't punish the two families ruling here, they will come back with renewed resurgence," he said.
Modi took a dig at Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah's family and said, "The pipeline which we installed for water in Gujarat is big enough for the entire Abdullah family to drive their car inside it."
Sources said the BJP is banking heavily on aggressive campaigning by Modi in its bid to achieve its ambitious "Mission 44+" target required in an Assembly of 87 seats.
