"The time has come for Congress, JJP, INLD, and independents to come together and form a strong government with us," Mr Hooda said.
Senior BJP leader Arun Singh said that caste politics unleashed during campaigning in Haryana has hurt the BJP prospects.
"They indulged in caste politics. Of course, it has hurt us to some extent," said Mr Singh, who is the BJP general secretary. But he added BJP will form the Government in Haryana nevertheless.
