Arvind Kejriwal led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is projected to win Punjab Assembly elections due next year with 59 per cent of vote share. According to the survey conducted by Jag Bani news portal, AAP would emerge as largest party in Punjab Assembly polls and get 59 per cent of total vote share. Captain Amrinder Singh-led Congress party is expected to get second position, while the ruling Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) would come at third, suggested the survey.

Congress was the Aam Aadmi Party, winning 30 per cent vote share. The poll predicted that the AAP will win 42-46 seats in the Assembly. The current Shiromani Akali Dal-Bharatiya Janata Party Alliance will be reduced to 22 per cent in the elections, said the poll. The incumbent alliance will be reduced to 17 to 21 seats in the Assembly. Others, which as of now, included the likes of Navjot Singh Sidhu’s Awaz-e-Punjab, unless of course it decides to make an alliance with the Indian National Congress.
The next came Navjot Singh Sidhu and Bhagwant Mann, both of who most surprisingly ended up last with 8 per cent respondents each, in their favour.
