According to the opinion poll results, AAP is expected to emerge as the largest party in the Punjab Assembly Elections 2017 winning 85-89 seats. Punjab Assembly has 117 members. Captain Amarinder Singh-led Congress party is likely to win 16-20 seats in the upcoming election. The ruling Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD)-Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) coalition would get third place bagging just 9-13 seats, says the opinion poll results.
