Bypoll results LIVE: Bypoll results live: Setback for BJP; RJD-JDU-Cong alliance wins 6 seats in Bihar, Congress wins 2 in Karnataka
New Delhi: Results of the Bihar Assembly by-polls are all set to be declared today. The polls are being touted as a semi-final to the full-fledged Assembly elections scheduled next year. 94 candidates are in the fray for the 10 seats. The result of these polls will also determine the strength and future of the ‘grand secular alliance’ formed by Nitish and Lalu to counter Modi.
Results for the by-polls in Punjab, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka are also coming out today. There are 2 seats on stake in Punjab, 3 in MP and 3 in Karnataka. These results will also show just how much 'Modi-magic' the BJP has managed to retain. Watch this space for live updates on the results:
