Bihar Fifth Phase Election voting started |
Bihar 5th Phase voting starts today i.e on 9th November, Tuesday with 35 constituencies going into polling spread across 8 districts. After this only one more phase i.e 6th phase would be left. More than a dozen of the constituencies are in Maoist-affected areas.
