New Delhi: Nearly 48% of the over 57 lakh people out of 712 districts reached 55 days, see Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the leader who can take “agenda of the nation” forward, shows an online survey by Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC), an advocacy group supported by political strategist Prashant Kishor.

The online survey of I-PAC also revealed that Congress President Rahul Gandhi was the second most popular leader, in which 11% of the respondents voted for him. According to INDIA TODAY, the I-PAC had launched an online platform called National Agenda Forum in July, where people could vote for that leader who should win in the Lok Sabha elections 2019. In this online forum, 923 leaders were nominated for the survey.

The survey places Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in the third spot with 9.3% votes in his favour. The fourth spot was taken by former Uttar Pradesh CM and Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav, who got 7% votes. They are followed by West Bengal CM Mamata Banerji and BSP supremo Mayawati with 4.2 and 3.1% votes, respectively.

The list of leaders to choose from also had Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar with whom Kishor has worked closely in the past, CPM general secretary Sitaram Yechury, NCP leader Sharad Pawar and several other regional and national faces.

The survey said the respondents cited women's empowerment, farm crisis, economic inequality, problems of students, education in health and hygiene, sanitation, communal unity and basic education among the top priority issues for the country.

It also identified people such as Akshay Kumar, Raghuram Rajan, MS Dhoni, Yogi Ramdev and journalist Ravish Kumar who are popular as "people who should be in politics."

The survey, released on Monday, is similar to the one Kishor-mentored Citizens for Accountable Governance, did in 2013, projecting Modi was the most favoured leader in the country.{loadposition leadtechad}

However, critics have noticed that this is an online survey and has limitations because a large part of the country, especially rural India, could not be able to reach the survey.

However, members of I-PAC said that the objective of the online survey was to reach an important part of the population which had access to the Internet and received an idea about the ideas of the country.

Uttar Pradesh Election Narendra Modi Rally Fatehpur 2017 Highlights Says Vanvaas of Vikas should end

hello

Here are the highlights of what he said:Here are the highlights of PM Narendra Modi's speech in Fatehpur:

{loadposition googlead}
  1. During 2014 polls, Cong came to ask votes in the name of cylinders.
  2. 1.15 crore people gave up their LPG subsidy. My mother used to cook food using wood, I used to feel bad about it.
  3. I made up my mind that I will give free LPG connection to poor if elected to power.
    1.45 cr poor people got LPG connection after we came to power.
  4. We have shown that even in a poor guy's hut there can be a gas connection.
  5. Samajwadi Party has insulted Ram Manohar Lohiya with a tie-up with Congress.
  6. There was a time when farmers had to face hurdles to get urea. We neem coated urea and stopped its black marketing.
  7. You all were being looted in the past over LED bulbs. You were charged 300 to 400 rupees for a bulb. After we came to power, we ensured that the poor gets LED bulbs at a cheap price. Now you get them at Rs 80 to Rs 90.

    {loadposition googlead}

    We ensured that gas connections reached even the poor households. Every poor, irrespective of caste and religion, got gas connections. Not just that, we ensure that there is no discrimination on the basis of caste and religion.
    People come to you asking for votes on the basis of caste and religion. We are the only party which works towards sabka saath, sabka vikas. It is the responsibility of a government to ensure that there is no discrimination. We are determined to do that.
    Why is it that for securing jobs, one has to bribe? This must end. Youth should get jobs on the basis of their merits.
