He was selected to replace William Hague, until last year the British foreign minister who is retiring from the Commons.</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Pramod Subbaraman, a Liberal Democrat, is a first time candidate in Edinburgh South, a seat held by his party.
