ABP News- Nielsen opinion poll: BJP to get majority with 45 seats, Kejriwal most popular CM candidate in Delhi
NEW DELHI: Will the Narendra Modi wave sweep Delhi too when the capital goes to polls early next year? According to an opinion poll, BJP is likely to emerge as the largest party and cross the magic figure with 45 seats in upcoming polls to the 70-member Delhi assembly.
There is a bit change but ‘Modi magic’ continued in the national capital which will help the BJP to get 45 seats in Delhi if elections held today while AAP will win 17 seats, predicted ABP News-Nielsen opinion poll.
BJP will get 38 per cent vote share, predicts ABP News-Nielsen opinion poll, AAP predicted to get 17 seats with 27 per cent vote share and Congress to bag 7 seats in the 70-seat House in Delhi.

As per the opinion poll, around half of the respondents feel that BJP would form the government in the upcoming elections in Delhi. Around 38 per cent feel that Aam Aadmi Party should form the government.

According to the ABP News-Nielsen opinion poll, Arvind Kejriwal of AAP emerges as most preferred candidate with 43 per cent for the position of Chief Minister of Delhi, followed by BJP's Dr. Harsh Vardhan.

As per the opinion poll, Inflation, sanitation, drinking water and unemployment are the more important issues being faced by the people. Sanitation a bigger issue in urban areas where as law and order and transport problems matter more in rural area.

According to the ABP News-Nielsen opinion poll, about a third of the respondents feel the controversial comment made by Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti would have no impact on BJP while another third of the respondents feel that this statement. Majority (72%) of respondents condemn the statement made by Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti. Even those intending to vote for BJP (69%) condemn the statement made by her.
